MSFT sold off from 424 to 405 (Prev W Low) over two sessions. Clean downtrend, MSS confirmed on the way down, VWAP acting as dynamic resistance the entire time. Sellers were in full control.
Then the bounce. Price found support in the discount zone near 409 and started building structure. BOS confirmed at the lows, and an MSS printed around 411. LTF flipped bullish. VWAP is now curling up underneath price for the first time in days.
But here's the catch. Price is still below the Prev D Low at 414. That level broke as support on the way down. Until it gets reclaimed, this bounce is just a pullback inside a bearish structure. Nothing more.
Above 414, equilibrium sits at 416 and Prev D High at 418. Those are the targets if bulls can flip 414 into support.
Below 409, the MSS fails and the bounce is done. Back to discount toward 405.
