Despite the two-day pullback, the overall market structure hasn't changed significantly. The move was largely fueled by profit-taking in semiconductor names after an exceptional first-half rally, while Warsh's speech failed to deliver the catalyst many traders had anticipated. With Non-Farm Payrolls and the upcoming earnings season approaching, we continue to favor short-term trading opportunities over positioning for a larger directional trend.
🟢 As always, a break above the green level will have me looking for immediate long opportunities.
🔴 A break below the red level will shift my focus toward potential short setups.
