I've been watching 
PRME since the beginning and it finally hit my long term target on the downside yesterday so I bought a small starter position. There's a chance it can go a little bit lower from here (the lower supports), but I'll be adding to my position on any dips from here on out.
I think this is another potential 10X+ stock.
Let's see how it plays out over the coming years.
