Peak Resorts, a company responsible for operating ski resorts in the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, United States soars up by 112.75%. This sudden rise has been caused from a company called Vali Resorts 
MTN, in which will acquire Peak Resorts for $11.00 a share.
