Just looking at USDCAD at the moment, I am clearly seeing a bullish market structure with price continuing to trend higher and showing the intention to push toward higher liquidity targets.
The higher timeframe structure remains intact, with price consistently forming higher highs and higher lows. As long as that structure remains unchanged, the path of least resistance continues to be to the upside.
One thing worth noting is that while trading with the trend provides a directional advantage, momentum remains a crucial factor. A strong trend accompanied by strong momentum often offers the highest-probability setups, whereas weakening momentum can be an early sign that the market is preparing for a deeper correction or even a structural shift.
For now, I remain bullish on USDCAD and will continue looking for long opportunities as long as price respects the current market structure and momentum supports further upside.
