USDCHF maintains its bullish trend, consistently posting higher lows and trading above the Ichimoku Cloud. An ascending trendline and multiple Fair Value Gap (FVG) zones converge around the 0.8116 level, forming a significant support area. As long as this level holds, the bulls remain in control of the market structure on the H4 timeframe.
Fundamentally, the USD continues to be supported by expectations that the Federal Reserve will maintain high interest rates, whereas the SNB pursues a dovish monetary policy, leaving the CHF with little momentum to strengthen. This divergence in monetary policy between the two central banks continues to favor the USDCHF uptrend.
The preferred scenario is to wait for a price retracement to the 0.8116 level accompanied by a bullish confirmation signal. If buying pressure successfully defends this area, USDCHF could extend its gains toward the 0.8206 level, which coincides with a key psychological resistance zone.
