Hey Traders, in today's trading session we are monitoring USDCHF for a buying opportunity around the 0.78650 zone. USDCHF is trading in an uptrend and currently is in a correction phase in which price is approaching the trendline support around the 0.78650 support and resistance area.
From the macro side, the US Dollar remains strongly supported in the current risk-off environment, driven by the sharp rise in oil prices and increasing inflation concerns, which are reinforcing the higher-for-longer Fed narrative and keeping US yields elevated.
At the same time, the Swiss National Bank (SNB) maintains a relatively dovish stance, with limited urgency to tighten policy further. This creates a clear policy divergence between the Fed and SNB, which continues to favor USD strength over the Swiss Franc.
While the CHF still attracts some safe-haven demand, the combination of strong USD flows, yield advantage, and SNB dovish bias is keeping USDCHF supported on dips. As long as price holds above the 0.78650 demand zone, the bullish structure remains intact, and we anticipate continuation toward higher levels.
