USELESS is currently trading near the lower boundary of a well defined descending channel on the higher timeframe. After an extended corrective phase from the previous peak, price has returned to a historically reactive support area where selling pressure has clearly slowed.
Structurally, the market is showing early signs of stabilization. Price is compressing near channel support rather than accelerating lower, which often precedes a volatility expansion. This region has acted as a demand zone in the past, making it a logical area for buyers to step in again.
Momentum indicators support this view, with RSI trending near oversold levels and attempting to curl upward. If price continues to hold this base and reclaims short term resistance inside the channel, a move toward the upper channel boundary becomes increasingly likely.
Failure to hold current support would invalidate the structure and open the door for a deeper retracement. Until a clear break occurs, USELESS remains in a neutral environment where confirmation is more important than anticipation.
