as you can see:
1- it touch 38.2 in FR and 2- it touch the triangle side on pullback and 3- it shown minus divergence on MACD and RSI (you cant see it in this chart but i see in in my mt4 looool) , it will fall down if we have not abnormal news
remember that it can go up until 1926 and then i thin it fall down to some around 1811 or less
