-$3,000 after some orders — not shown in the field

107
You don't need to be a "pro trader" to avoid mistakes. But if you keep trading based on emotions, the market will teach you a lesson with money.
Here are some core principles – simple but extremely important – to help you avoid the pain-relieving streak.

🔴 1. The mistake should NOT be made from a single trade – but from a whole series of mistakes.
One losing trade = normal.
But -$3000 = you have:
Not set a stop loss.
Added another trade to "recover"
And finally…burned your account.
👉 The market doesn't kill you. The new, familiar bad habits are the second killer.

🧠 2. Don't trade when you "need money"
When you trade with the thought:
"I must win this trade to recover my losses,"
You've already been wiped out before you even entered the trade.
Professional traders always think:
"If this trade loses, how much will I lose?"
👉 Risk Management > Profit Seeking

📉 3. No setup = no command
Many traders only use orders because of:
Strong value
(FOMO)
Or the "feeling" that it will go up/down
👉 But the truth is:
No plan = gambling
Ask yourself before each order:
Where is the entry point?
Where is the stop loss?
Where is the take profit?
Is the risk-reward ratio reasonable?
If no reply → do not to

⚠️ 4. Stop Loss Is Not the Enemy
Biggest Mistake:
“Setting a Stop Loss is Easily Swept Away”
No.
Not being able to set a new Stop Loss is the quickest way to blow up your account.
👉 Stop Loss is:
The Cost of Survival
Not the End
Long-Term Surviving Traders:
Cut Losses Faster – to Reserve Capital for a Better Base

🔁 5. The Market Always Offers Opportunities
You don't need to catch every wave.
Missing one trade → is okay
But losing your account → game over
👉 Remember:
Opportunities are limitless, but your account is not.
