Gold is setting up for what could be the most aggressive leg lower in this entire bearish move.
The HTF downtrend remains fully intact. Price is now approaching a key IRL zone — the daily Breaker + FVG confluence sitting just above current price around 4,360-4,400.
The setup I am watching — a PDH sweep into this zone. Price taps the Breaker + FVG in premium, sweeps the previous day high liquidity, then aggressively rejects and delivers lower.
That would be the classic IRL confirmation before the final ERL delivery.
The target remains unchanged — ERL at 4,098. That level has been my target since the weekly FVG rejection at 4,589 weeks ago. The narrative has been consistent throughout and the downtrend is accelerating.
DXY strength continuing to press metals lower. Gold, Silver — both in alignment with the same bearish thesis.
If this PDH sweep and Breaker rejection plays out this week — the move to 4,098 could be fast and aggressive.
