XAUUSD: Two-Way Volatility Setup - Systematic Hedging View

XAUUSD is currently trading within an important decision zone between [Support] and [Resistance]. Rather than predicting a single direction, I am monitoring both breakout scenarios. Gold often produces sharp volatility once price leaves a well-defined consolidation range, especially when liquidity builds above recent highs and below recent lows. "Bullish Scenario" A confirmed break and close above [Resistance] would indicate that buyers are regaining control. In this case, the next upside areas to monitor are 4120 and 4168. The bullish scenario remains valid while price holds above the breakout level. A failed breakout and return below resistance would increase the possibility of another range rotation. "Bearish Scenario" A confirmed break below [Support] would signal weakening short-term demand and could open the way toward 3975. The bearish scenario becomes stronger if price retests the broken support level and fails to recover above it.

Systematic Hedging Approach
My approach is not based on predicting every market movement. The objective is to respond systematically as volatility develops. The automated model monitors both long and short conditions, manages directional exposure through predefined rules, and adjusts positions according to price movement rather than emotion.

This structure is designed to:
• React to both bullish and bearish movements
• Reduce dependence on one directional prediction
• Manage exposure through predefined rules
• Execute entries and exits automatically
• Maintain discipline during volatile gold sessions
The current directional bias remains "neutral" until price confirms a breakout from the key range. This analysis reflects the same market framework used in my automated XAUUSD hedging strategy.
