RateGain Appoints Timi Kwatra As Vice President And Global Head Of Talent Acquisition

Kwatra brings more than 23 years of experience across recruitment strategy, workforce planning and employer branding, including leadership roles at Johnson Controls and Cognizant.

RateGain Travel Technologies has appointed Timi Kwatra as Vice President and Global Head of Talent Acquisition. She brings more than 23 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, workforce planning and employer branding across technology and multinational organisations.

In her new role, Kwatra will lead RateGain’s global talent acquisition strategy, overseeing recruitment across international markets. She will work with the company’s executive leadership on workforce planning, strategic hiring and artificial intelligence (AI)-led recruitment transformation to support business growth.

Experience Across Technology Organisations

Before joining RateGain, Kwatra served as Head of Talent Acquisition at Johnson Controls, where she led recruitment across India for commercial operations, business enablement functions, financial shared services and global centres of excellence.

Her responsibilities included talent strategy, employer branding and recruitment transformation.Previously, she spent more than seven years at Cognizant Technology Solutions as Associate Director – Talent Acquisition. During her tenure, she led recruitment across digital engineering and technology businesses, while contributing to recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.

Kwatra also served as Head of Talent Acquisition for the Hyderabad region at Virtusa, overseeing recruitment across business units, campus hiring, sourcing strategies and recruitment budgets.Earlier in her career, she held talent acquisition roles at Intelligroup, now part of NTT DATA, where she worked on recruitment for international markets and technology practices, including SAP, Oracle Applications and Microsoft.

Focus On Global Talent Strategy

Kwatra holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Osmania University and has completed a business leadership programme at ICFAI Business School.

Her experience across recruitment leadership, workforce planning and employer branding is expected to support RateGain’s talent strategy as the company continues to serve customers across the global travel and hospitality technology ecosystem.
