Liquidation Screener

Liquidation Screener — Indicator Description
Hello friends! I'm excited to introduce you to the Liquidation Screener — a tool for identifying levels where mass liquidation of positions occurs for traders using different leverage.
Core Concept
When price reaches certain levels, stop-losses and margin calls are triggered for traders who opened positions with different leverage. The lower the leverage, the farther the liquidation level is from the current price — and the more fuel it provides for a reversal or acceleration of the move.
The indicator automatically calculates these levels using a Volume-Weighted Moving Average (VWMA) as a reference point. This allows the tool to adapt to current market structure.
How It Works
The indicator builds 9 levels above the VWMA (for short positions) and 9 levels below the VWMA (for long positions). Each level corresponds to the liquidation of traders using a specific leverage.
Levels are labeled as x1, x2, x3, x4, x5, x10, x25, x50, x100.
The higher the number, the easier it is to liquidate such traders. A x100 liquidation represents the mass closing of positions by traders using maximum leverage — these levels are closest to price and occur more frequently.
x1, x2, x3, x4, x5 represent liquidation levels for traders using low leverage. Price needs to travel a significant distance to reach these levels. When such levels are triggered, it indicates significant movement and a large accumulation of liquidations, which can serve as powerful fuel for continued movement or a reversal.
Indicator Settings
MA Period — the length of the Volume-Weighted Moving Average.
MA Source — the data source used to calculate the average.
Label Opacity — adjusts the transparency of the label background.
Label Size — choose from five options: Tiny, Small, Normal, Large, or Huge.
For each of the nine levels, you can independently set colors for short zones and long zones.
Each level can also be toggled on or off independently.
Conclusion
Liquidation Screener helps you understand what liquidation volumes have accumulated in the market and where the real fuel for price movement lies.
Remember: liquidations are not a guarantee of a reversal, but rather markers of high-interest zones. Always use them in combination with other analysis methods.
Happy trading! 🚀
