WiselyWealth : Structural Liquidity Sweep & Order Block Zones

#### **Introduction**
**Structural Liquidity Sweep & Order Block Zones (`SLS OB Zones`)** is an advanced Smart Money Concepts (SMC) and price-action indicator designed to identify high-probability institutional Demand and Supply Order Blocks backed by verified internal liquidity. In traditional SMC trading, one of the most common pitfalls is trading every Order Block blindly without confirming whether inducement (resting liquidity) exists ahead of the zone. Unbacked Order Blocks frequently fail because they become the liquidity target themselves.
This script was built to solve that problem objectively. Rather than highlighting every impulse candle, `SLS OB Zones` maps multi-swing market structures, validates untouched liquidity pools resting directly in front of each zone, refines Order Block boundaries, and generates automated **Long** and **Short** entry signals when price returns to mitigate an active zone for the first time.

#### **How It Works: Technical Mechanism**
The indicator operates through four core technical engines that work together in real time:
1. **Alternating Swing Structure Engine**
Using a customizable pivot period (`PP`), the script identifies swing highs and lows and classifies them into an alternating structural sequence: Higher Highs (`HH`), Higher Lows (`HL`), Lower Highs (`LH`), and Lower Lows (`LL`). Whenever a new pivot forms on the same side and exceeds the previous extreme, the algorithm dynamically updates the active swing point to maintain a clean, non-overlapping structural sequence.
2. **Setup A & Setup B (5-Swing and 7-Swing Liquidity Setups)**
The script scans the structural array for two specific institutional patterns:
- **5-Swing Short Pattern:** Detects sequences such as `HH -> HL -> LH -> HL -> HH` (bullish) or `LL -> LH -> HL -> LH -> LL` (bearish), where the most recent swing fails to break the outer structural extreme (`p0 < p4` for bullish; `p0 > p4` for bearish), anchoring the Order Block at the `x3` swing origin.
- **7-Swing Extended Pattern:** Detects deeper structural sequences and anchors the Order Block at the `x5` swing origin.
Once a structural pattern is confirmed, the script runs an **Untouched Liquidity Verification** (`levelUntouched`) using a 50-period ATR filter. It checks whether the internal swing pivots (`p1` and `p3`) sit outside the Order Block boundary and remain completely unmitigated since their formation:
- **Setup A (Two Liquidity Setup):** Triggered when both internal swing levels remain untouched and are separated by a minimum volatility gap (`0.2 * ATR`), creating a stacked double-liquidity inducement pool ahead of the Order Block.
- **Setup B (One Liquidity Setup):** Triggered when a single valid untouched liquidity level rests ahead of the Order Block.
3. **Setup C (Midway Liquidity & 4-Point Quality Scoring)**
Using an independent pivot period (`cPP`), Setup C detects a momentum **Break of Structure (BOS)** where the candle closes beyond the recent structural high or low by an ATR-adjusted buffer with a strong candle body. Instead of plotting the Order Block immediately, the script stores a candidate zone and monitors subsequent price action. When a fresh inducement pivot forms ahead of the zone with a sufficient bounce (`cSwingReactionATR`), the setup is evaluated using a **4-point quality score**:
- Strong BOS breakout distance and candle body momentum.
- Strong reaction away from the midway inducement pivot.
- Compact Order Block height (`<= 1.5 * ATR`) with clear displacement (`>= 0.9 * ATR`).
- Clean pullback approach without two consecutive opposing impulse candles (`>= 0.8 * ATR`).
Setup C can dynamically add up to three separate midway liquidity levels per active Order Block before the zone is tapped.
4. **Order Block Refinement, Mitigation, and Entry Signals**
Origin candles are processed through an Order Block Refiner (`Defensive` or `Aggressive`) to narrow wide bars into precise institutional zones. A **Long Signal** or **Short Signal** is plotted strictly on the **first touch** of an active Demand or Supply OB. Zones automatically stop extending when they exceed their bar lifespan (`OBVaP`), when price closes beyond their distal edge, or when price touches the user-defined mitigation threshold (`Proximal`, `50 % OB`, or `Distal`).

#### **How to Use & Recommended Settings**
- **Best Markets & Timeframes:** `SLS OB Zones` performs best in liquid markets driven by institutional order flow, including **Forex Majors/Minors, Gold (`XAUUSD`), Major Cryptocurrencies (`BTCUSDT`, `ETHUSDT`), and US Indices (`NAS100`, `US500`)**. Use `M5–M15` for intraday scalping and day trading, or `H1–H4` for swing trading.
- **Recommended Settings:**
- **High-Precision / Conservative Trading:** Enable **Two Liquidity Setup (Setup A)** and set **Midway Liquidity Mode** to `Defensive` (requires all 4/4 quality criteria). Keep `Refine OB` enabled on `Defensive` and set `OB Mitigation Level` to `Proximal`.
- **Active Intraday / Trend Trading:** Enable all three setups (`A`, `B`, and `C`), switch **Midway Liquidity Mode** to `Moderate`, and set `OB Mitigation Level` to `50 % OB` to track deeper institutional fills.
- **Trading Workflow:** Look for active Demand or Supply zones with dashed `Liquidity` lines resting in front of them. Ideally, wait for price to sweep the internal liquidity line(s) first and then execute upon the **First Entry Signal** as price taps the Order Block, placing protective stops just beyond the distal boundary of the zone.
