Currently on AUDUSD the 30 minute time frame is forming a shoulder head shoulder formation. How to trade this pattern is you wait for a break of the neckline which is the bottom line there and is labeled on the chart. Once the chart breaks and theres a candle close you can either enter there or wait for a retest of the neckline then enter off of that. Once it breaks the support box below we want to wait for a retest and enter for a sell going to the next support below or to the bottom of line of the channel it is in right now!
Note: If it pushes above or to the top of the head in the pattern the SHS is not valid. If it does that wait and see if its going to bounce or push through the resistance zone. Be patient and wait for confirmations!
