BTC.d rises during and after market crashes and beginning of bullruns. Rarely does BTC outperform ALTs at the end of a bullmarket. In 2018 ETH reached ATH while BTC crashed 30%.
Currently BTC is out performing Alts, but BTC.d is reaching resistance and we can see BTC.d drop and Alts take off. If BTC.d keep rising I am afraid it is due to a crash.
The CCI is in overbought, BTC will keep outperforming Alts for some days until CCI drops out of Oversold.
