BTC 1D — Rising Channel, Mid-Band Rejection, Decision Zone

89
BTC has been trading inside a well-defined ascending channel since the February lows near $61K. Structure has been clean — higher lows respecting the lower band, rejections off the upper.

What we have now: price tagged the upper band near $79-80K, rejected, and has pulled back to the mid-channel zone around $77K. Volume trend has been contracting throughout the move (yellow line), which is typical of distribution or consolidation within a channel.

The zone that matters next: $74-75K. That is where the lower channel boundary and prior consolidation structure converge. A clean test and hold there keeps the bullish channel intact. A close below on elevated volume changes the read.

CAP Framework read:

Gate 1 (Regime): Ascending channel structure from Feb lows intact. Macro structure bullish above $74K lower band.

Gate 2 (BOS): No break of structure to the downside yet. Watching for CHoCH confirmation if lower band is tested.

Gate 3 (OTE): Retracement from upper band into $74-75K would place price in a valid OTE zone for a potential long reload.

Gate 4 (CVD): CVD needs to confirm buyer absorption at lower band before any long bias. Not there yet.

Gate 5 (Signal Grade): No active setup. Monitoring.

Two scenarios:

Bullish: Price holds mid-channel, builds cause, retests $79-80K upper band with expanding volume. Channel continuation.

Bearish: Price loses lower band on a daily close with expanding sell-side CVD. Channel invalidated. $71-72K becomes the next structural reference.

Right now: no trade. The channel is the context. The lower band test is the trigger to watch.
