Polkadot is quite old and large asset with capitalisation already exceeding $10B. It is one of the few that has not yet shown significant growth like XRP, XLM and other old guys. It is quite difficult to move such an asset, but the target of around $20 is quite realistic. On the daily timeframe there is a consolidation above 50 EMA, we saw a test pump. The growth will start during these two months and then the distribution phase. The 0.5 and 0.618 levels are not bad options to fix your positions.
