Trade scenario 1: Overall we know DXY has been very bullish but this past week we have seen a pullback to our 38.2% fib level around 112.000.
Going into this week we are looking for reactions around 112.000. The most likely scenario is a bounce form 112.000 and DXY heading higher again.
Trade scenario 2: If DXY is going to continue bearish we need to see a break below 112.000 with a lower high below.
