DXY looks really bearish here as it just confirmed a Model 2 Distribution,
As long as this structure remains intact, I expect continued weakness in the dollar, opening the door for further downside.
This also adds another layer of confluence to my XAUUSD bullish thesis.
Historically, a weaker DXY has often been supportive of higher Gold prices. While the relationship isn't perfect, the current technical structures on both charts are pointing in the same direction.
DXY: Confirmed Distribution.
XAUUSD: Confirmed Macro Accumulation.
When multiple correlated assets begin confirming complementary models, thats where you want to pay attention.
