ETHUSD is currently trading inside a descending channel on the 1H timeframe after recent bearish pressure pushed price lower from the 2185 area.
Price is now attempting recovery from the lower support trendline while approaching the upper resistance zone near the descending channel boundary. The market remains below the 50 EMA, showing that broader short-term pressure is still active.
If buyers manage to break above the channel resistance, ETH may revisit higher resistance levels and continue short-term recovery momentum.
However, rejection from resistance could keep price inside the bearish structure and lead to another retest of lower support zones.
Current price action suggests the market is approaching an important decision area between support and resistance.
