Price swept short-term sellside liquidity and immediately delivered displacement from the lows, suggesting potential exhaustion in bearish delivery.
Current framework:
Sellside liquidity taken beneath intraday structure
Immediate bullish displacement after the sweep
Local imbalance/FVG formed during expansion
Price now trading back into discount pricing
Higher liquidity resting above current range
My expectation:
If price respects the newly formed imbalance and maintains bullish orderflow on lower timeframe, the market can reprice aggressively toward the buyside liquidity resting above.
The market often engineers liquidity grabs below lows before delivering expansion into opposing liquidity pools.
