JP225: Bearish Structure Intact vs. Trump-Driven Volatility

173
Current Outlook: Clear Bearish Bias
The bearish trend continues following the "Bearish BOS" (Break of Structure). The price was rejected precisely at the 200 EMA (Red line). With the EMA 20/50/200 all trending downward, the technical pressure remains strongly bearish.

Strategy: Hedging to Protect Profits
Expect a technical-defying rebound on Monday's open following Trump’s weekend comments. Given the recent history of deep pullbacks and high volatility in JP225, I will either "hedge" (lock position) or "take full profits" on existing shorts to stay flexible during this spike.

Key Levels to Watch:
65,295 (Immediate Resistance): If the price fails to break this level on a 4H candle, it confirms the sellers are still in full control.
67,000 (Major Confluence): This is the critical junction where EMA 50 and 200 overlap (Yellow circle). The bear trend remains valid unless we see a decisive break above this zone.

Summary:
While the technicals are "Sell" only, managing volatility is the top priority. I’m focusing on capital efficiency by taking frequent profits and avoiding complex, over-leveraged positions.
Note: If 65,295 is broken with momentum, the deep pullback could signal a structural shift. In that case, I will close shorts and move to the sidelines.
