Welcome to this analysis about Litecoin, we are looking at the hourly timeframe perspective, the recent events, the established formational structure, and what we can expect in the upcoming times. Litecoin recent times have shown up with strong bearish volatility to the downside into the lower levels from where it now somewhat marginally managed to increase in the structure and is forming quite an interesting formation that can show up with solid further conclusions when Litecoin manages to develop the right price-action, therefore I detected all the important levels and likely destinies we should consider within the established structure and upcoming movements ahead.
As when looking at my chart we can watch there how Litecoin is trading within this descending-channel-formation marked in blue, within this formation Litecoin has developed a coherent wave-count that rightly completed in the schedule with the wave C in the structure, now Litecoin has some solid supports in the structure determined by the 120-EMA in red and the 65-EMA in green from where a bounce to the upside is likely and when this bounce to the upside is strong enough this can lead to a great channel-breakout above the upper-boundary and set-up for the wave C protraction like it is shown in my chart. All these upcoming events will lead Litecoin into testing the upper-resistance marked in blue which is also the target-zone when the breakout has shown up, with Litecoin moving into this zone a pullback to the downside is highly likely that will then firstly test lower levels, for a solid bullish consideration on the middle-term it is highly necessary that Litecoin manages to hold the upper-boundary of the channel sustainably and do not falls below it again, for now, these upcoming circumstances need to be elevated, it will be an interesting journey ahead.
