In the video, I expressed my thoughts about the current market situation, and in my previous written analysis you can see the underlying logic.
In my opinion, we are getting close to taking long positions as the market moves into extremely oversold territory.
These opportunities will likely be short-lived and driven by underlying margin calls, which force other market participants to close their long positions by selling.
The Strait of Hormuz is the key variable. Once the economic pain becomes sufficiently severe, global powers may be compelled to take coordinated military action to reopen it in support of the U.S.–Israel coalition.
