My analysis has NFLX in a wave 2 correction for a micro wave following a minuette wave 2 correction and subsequent bull flag breakout. I expect this micro wave 2 to retest the channel at the 0.5 to 0.618 retracement level. Once I see confirmation that the correction has ended, I will purchase an in the money Call Option with an expiration of 11/13. The 0.618 extension for the micro wave 3 is based on a retracement in wave 2 to the 0.5 fib level. I will need to adjust the fib extension once there is a definitive bottom.
