🦀 NIFTY DAILY | BULLISH HARMONIC CRAB — REVERSAL ZONE UNDER TEST
NIFTY has completed a deep corrective structure from the August high and is now approaching a major harmonic completion area around 22,200–22,400.
The structure shows:
🔹 AB/XA ≈ 0.634
🔹 BC/AB ≈ 1.263
🔹 CD/BC ≈ 2.229
🔹 XA extension ≈ 1.618
The most important feature is the convergence around D, where the 1.618 XA extension aligns with structural and trendline support.
However, this should be considered a Crab-type/modified harmonic structure, because the BC ratio shown is deeper than the conventional textbook Crab range.
Therefore, the D point should be treated as a Potential Reversal Zone (PRZ), not an automatic buy signal.
🔎 Confirmation to watch:
• Bullish rejection from D
• Higher low formation
• Lower-timeframe CHoCH/BOS
• Bullish RSI divergence
• Strong volume on reversal
• Daily close back above immediate resistance
🎯 If reversal confirms, potential recovery levels are 23,200 → 23,800 → 24,400 → 24,800.
⚠️ A sustained breakdown below the D/PRZ zone would weaken the bullish harmonic thesis.
