NQ isn;t moving but RTY is, looks to me like they're doing the standard pump and dump, except with small caps instead of Nasdaq.

Pump and dump for sure. Time alignment was off, but overlay indicates 1520 - 1525 target for this one or two day drop.ノート
MFI went oversold today. Might still get a dip tomorrow, but I expect the pumptardedness to resume Friday
