Relief Rally or Trend Reversal?
The market spent weeks doing one thing exceptionally well:
Selling.
Lower highs.
Lower lows.
Repeated breakdowns.
Then the decline finally met demand.
Price has reacted sharply from support, creating the first meaningful bullish response in the current sequence. The question now is whether this is simply a relief rally inside a downtrend or the beginning of a larger structural recovery.
Four scenarios are mapped.
Scenario 1: Buyers maintain control, reclaim the nearest resistance zone, and continue advancing toward the higher supply area. The first signs of trend repair begin to emerge.
Scenario 2: A more constructive recovery. Price consolidates between support and resistance, builds acceptance, and then pushes higher into the major objective zone. Slower, but structurally healthier.
Scenario 3: The market traps late buyers. After the initial bounce, price revisits the weak low area, sweeps liquidity, and only then begins the larger recovery phase. Painful, but often effective.
Scenario 4: The deepest reset. Support is fully retested before a sustained expansion develops. Maximum frustration. Maximum shakeout. Potentially the strongest recovery afterward.
What matters is that all scenarios begin from the same observation:
The market finally found buyers.
That does not automatically create a bull trend.
It creates a decision point.
The first resistance zone overhead remains the key battleground. Acceptance above it shifts probabilities toward continuation. Rejection keeps the broader corrective structure intact.
EQC follows the reaction.
The market decides whether this is recovery or merely relief.
Hidden in plain sight. EQC.
