WTI Crude Oil — The Oil Spring Is Getting Tighter

🚀 WTI has recovered strongly from the $75 area, but now price is compressing beneath a major resistance zone around $85.5–87.

🏆Previously:

After the sharp recovery, the market has formed an LQ/sideways structure right below the zone. That makes the current setup especially interesting: liquidity is building while price keeps pressing against resistance. 👀

📈 Bullish scenario

If WTI breaks and holds above the $85.5–87 zone, we could see a strong continuation higher.

The next major target area is around $93–94, which is also the previous major high zone.

A clean breakout from the current LQ structure could therefore trigger a much larger expansion rather than just a small move.

📉 Bearish scenario

If price fails to break the upper zone and starts losing the current structure, we could see a pullback.

The major downside zones are around $69–71 and then $63–65.

A breakdown through those areas would open the door for a deeper bearish continuation.

🎯 Outlook

This is one of those charts where the zone is doing the heavy lifting.

Price has already recovered from the lows and is now sitting directly underneath resistance while liquidity continues to build.

WTI is compressing. The question is which side gets the explosion. 🛢️💥
