Same as Silver, Gold surged and dropped last week and currently is consolidating in the same range as before, inside the 4H FVG, being traded around 4060 right now.
With President Trump announcing that the IR wants to make a deal very badly and the IR representatives denying any negotiations, Gold is currently in a limbo. I believe it's for the best if we let Gold show us the way itself, by waiting to see which side of the liquidity pools will it go towards, the sellside or the buyside first?
If Gold sweeps the liquidity above the 4120 level and then stabilize there, we could see it go towards the Buyside liquidity above the 4166 level, and then retest the supply zone from 4193 to 4182.
However, if it sweeps the SSL below the 4021 level, I expect it to go towards the sellside liquidity below the 3996 level as well.
