4 hour chart chart we got in spot light right now.
Marginal upside from here capped by 19.5cents.
TP bears is 15.5cents, recommended strategy:
short sell upon rejection on H4 near 19.5c.
exit at 15.5 cents later.
15.5 is a low volume pocket, so re-test is
very likely right now.
