Honestly this chart made me more bullish than the last one. Not too crazy to consider $4 a target by end of Feb... Especially if BTC moves up as XTZ/BTC approaches and most likely dominates ATH. I see why some argue we are not truly in price discovery...but same outcome it seems. ;)
