PDC starts at yesterday's 4 PM ET closing bar
ORB highs/lows start at the specific candle inside the opening range that set that extreme (they appear once the 15/30-min window completes)
PM H/L start at the premarket candles that made them
Opening print starts at the 9:30 bar
