Bollinger Bars

A partial implementation of Bollinger Bars, as developed by John Bollinger.

This seems to be as close as one can get to true Bollinger Bars with TradingView's current implementation of the Pine language.

It may be possible to complete one day.

This version gets closer to true Bollinger Bars by overlaying blue bars behind the candles, satisfying the thicker blue wicks (nearly) and the ticks on the left/right, designating period open/close.
