Updated risk calculation to be manual by default with entry price and stop loss price. This then calculates the lot size to use for the trade.

v1.2 — 2026-06-25

Reverse-pair detection + correct USD pip value for USD-base forex.

Added joinHit() / pairHit() helpers. Forex pairs now match in either
currency order, so reversed broker listings like USDAUD are detected as
AUD/USD (shown as "USD/AUD (reversed)"). Replaces the verbose v1.1 OR-lists.
USD pip value is now price-aware. When USD is the quote currency
(EURUSD, GBPUSD, AUDUSD) one pip = a flat $10/lot, unchanged. When USD is the
base currency the USD pip value depends on price, so pv = pipSize / price.
Verified against broker data for USDAUD: 100,000 × 0.0001 ÷ 1.43 ≈ $7.00/lot,
matching the broker's 0.07 USD pip value on a 1,000 USD position.
Behaviour change for USDJPY / USDCAD / USDCHF: these USD-base pairs now use
the price-adjusted USD pip value too (previously a fixed figure). Their
auto-calculated lot size will differ from v1.1 — this is the corrected value.
EURUSD / GBPUSD / AUDUSD (normal order) are unchanged.
