The trend is clearly bullish on the 4H chart, but execution is about more than following momentum.
Price has already made an extended move and is now pulling back. At the current level, the available risk-to-reward no longer meets my trading rules.
A good-looking chart does not automatically become a good trade.
For me, preserving capital is just as important as growing it.
No trade is often the best trade.
