- Right group, turnaround name: it's a drone/defense play inside aerospace and defense, which is a broad market leader right now, so there's a strong-group tailwind under an early-recovery name.
- High-quality reversal spot: the bounce is happening right on the 200-week SMA (~167), exactly where a washed-out momentum name should try to bottom, not in no-man's-land.
Weekly turn signals confirm: lower low in price against a higher low in stochastic (bullish divergence) plus a MACD curling up to cross out of deeply oversold. Real reversal tells, not just a green candle. - Daily breakout with volume: high-volume thrust reclaiming the 50-day, and we got in near the 21 EMA, so the entry is under 1% from the 50-day. Strong move, non-extended entry, which is the whole point.
- Defined risk map: clear base to lean on (167), first targets into the 195-215 shelf, and a big supply wall at 224-276 to trim into. Reward-to-risk is real with a logical stop under the breakout / 21 EMA.
- The honest caveat: this is an early countertrend bounce, not a confirmed trend.
