Back in 2022, Alibaba retested a major horizontal support and established a clear uptrend. And the recent retest of major resistance in 2025 already led to a correction of -40%. Considering that Alibaba is now close to strong support, we could see a reversal soon.

This month alone, Alibaba is down almost -15%. This is a clear indication that bears are still 100% in control of Alibaba at the moment. But as we are speaking, Alibaba is also retesting major support. Ultimately, this is the level which Alibaba has to respect soon.

With the monthly candle of June, Alibaba dropped about -20% and is also testing major support. So far however, there was no bullish confirmation at all and Alibaba is just breaking lower. But we also have to wait for the monthly candle to close pretty soon.
