As I expected in the previous idea, Bitcoin(
BTCUSDT) started declining and reached all its full targets.
Currently, Bitcoin is near the lower line of the ascending channel and in the support zone($64,770-$63,720), Time Reversal Zone(TRZ), and close to the Cumulative Long Liquidation Leverage($63,560-$62,520).
From an Elliott Wave perspective, it seems that given the corrective structure of Bitcoin so far, we can consider this wave as part of a corrective pattern, and we might expect another upward wave, completing the main Wave 4.
I expect Bitcoin to have a bullish move in the coming hours and at least reach $65,737. If momentum is stronger, we could consider further targets for Bitcoin.
First Target: $65,737
Second Target: $66,777
Third Target: Cumulative Short Liquidation Leverage($68,650-$67,410)
Stop Loss(SL): $62,887
Cumulative Long Liquidation Leverage: $60,700-$60,100
CME Gap: $63,430-$63,705

Bitcoin has become increasingly correlated with U.S. stock indices, especially the S&P 500, over the past few months.In my view, this has made Bitcoin analysis far more complex than before. Traders now have to monitor a wider range of macroeconomic and market factors, while unexpected and emotional price reactions have become more frequent.
Another challenge during the past three months has been the geopolitical tensions in the Middle East, which added uncertainty and volatility across global markets.

Bitcoin has decisively broken below the lower boundary of the ascending channel with strong selling pressure, completely invalidating this support structure.As long as BTC remains below this level, the probability of further downside remains high—especially if the S&P 500 starts to weaken, as Bitcoin has been highly correlated with U.S. equities in recent months.
Stop Loss (SL) was triggered in this setup, although the distance between the entry and stop-loss was very small.

In crypto markets, pullbacks are less common than in traditional markets. After breaking major support or resistance levels, prices often continue moving aggressively without a meaningful retest.
