So, typically as a trader we identify supports and resistances and then create a prediction of how far we think our trade will go. We have take profit lines at each new zone. This is an effective form of risk management and greatly minimizes your risk. If you are able to enter your trade at the bottom of the zone each time and ride to the next high, then sell the top, that is ideal. It’s easy to get chopped up though if you are unable to identify where those zones or lines are.
