Short EURUSD when it reaches 1.17400 zone. We expect that EURUSD would not reach 1.20 for the time being. The ECB is not going to hike its first interest rate and end its QE program sooner anytime this year. The uncertain political backdrop in Italy also weighed on the Euro too.
On the other hand,the hawkish tone from the Federal Reserve and strong economy further reinforce the strength of the dollar. We could see EURUSD continuing its downward trend to the next major support at 1.14500 handle.
