MU, AI Memory Trade I’m Watching

143
My current MU view is bullish longer term, but I’m waiting for the chart to confirm the next leg rather than chasing the AI narrative.

The fundamental catalyst remains AI infrastructure and memory demand. As AI data centers expand, HBM and advanced memory are becoming increasingly important parts of the compute stack. That keeps Micron on my watchlist as a direct way to trade the memory side of the AI cycle.

On the 4H chart, MU is currently around 1064 after a strong move from the 900 area. Price is now consolidating below the short-term moving-average cluster around 1070–1072, so this is the first level I want to see reclaimed.

My setup: I’m interested in a long if MU reclaims 1070–1080 with convincing momentum and holds that area on a retest. The first major upside level is 1113.56. A clean breakout above that high could open another continuation phase.

On the downside, I’m watching roughly 1055–1057 as near-term support. Losing that area with sustained 4H weakness would invalidate my immediate bullish setup and make me wait for a deeper reset rather than forcing an entry.

I’m trading this opportunity on Bitget because it lets me access stock-linked trading alongside the markets I already follow in one workflow. For me, the upgraded Bitget Alliance Program feels more practical now. My eligible trading activity can contribute to rewards, and with faster settlement, earlier data updates, reward sharing, and the estimated reward calculator, I can follow the process more clearly instead of just waiting and guessing

For me, the AI-memory thesis provides the catalyst, but price confirmation decides the trade
