Touchdown at the sliding.From here I expect RUT to go up again.
If you look close, then you can see the Sine-Wave-Break.
This is also a good indication that the market probably will turn.

RUT did follow my advice (LOL) and is now under way to the centerline again.Since we had a "Hagopian", I expect price go further the from where it came after the break of the CL, around 1400ish.
