NASDAQ INDEX, Head-Shoulder-Formation COMPLETED!
Hello,
Welcome to this analysis about the NASDAQ 100 INDEX and the 6-hour timeframe perspectives. As the Nasdaq recently showed up with increased bearish pressure to the downside it has formed a major head-shoulder-formation in the structure with the left shoulder and the head already completed. Now with these two pivotal developments, the Nasdaq moved on to form the right shoulder in the structure and recently formed the breakout below the neckline which technically completed this whole formation bearishly. Below the neckline, the Nasdaq is now forming this confirmational bear-flag-formation as marked in my chart which is the origin for further upcoming bearish volatility pressures when it completes with a breakout below the lower boundary. Mainly the index now activated the lower target zone marked in my chart in blue within the 14220 Usd level, when the Index has reached this zone it will be important how it moves into it because when this is done in a highly bearish manner with increased volatility it will be a possible indication that the Nasdaq will just form a new bearish setup in this area with continuations following when it moves below the supports. Taking these things into consideration it will be necessary to elevate how the Nasdaq moves further upcoming before coming to determining conclusions.
