We are clearly seeing shift of momentum to upside as oil prices decline due to hurricane destroying one of the oil reserves. also from a technical standpoint we see market structure looking bullish as upward trend is respected and now we are clearly seeing price waiting to bounce of the 50% fib retracemnt which is in confluence with the support level After price broke the neckline of double bottom
