Liquidity Buy Signal

Liquidity Buy Signal is an indicator designed to detect BUY entries based on liquidity (swing lows) combined with a bullish reversal candle pattern. It automatically marks recent swing-low zones/levels, tracks the transition from solid → dashed when a level gets broken, and then confirms a signal when price sweeps/cuts the correct level and a bullish candle pattern appears.

BUY signal (green triangle) triggers when:

A bullish reversal candle pattern (based on a set of rules) is detected, and

The Liquidity chain conditions are satisfied using the most recent swing lows:

Price crosses the level with the lower wick, or

The level is within the lower 30% range of the previous candle (n-1), and

The level does not pass through the bodies of older candles (filtered by lookback).

Key settings:

Pivot Lookback: controls swing-low detection sensitivity.

Swing Area: Wick Extremity / Full Range for zone definition.

Filter lookback older bodies: filters out levels that intersect older candle bodies (skips n-2).

Style: toggle Swing Low display + zone/line colors.

Alerts:

Includes a built-in alertcondition for BUY signals (useful for notifications/webhooks).

This indicator is especially well-suited for identifying potential bottoms in a downtrend.

1) Description for “Added Sell Signal”
A Sell Signal (orange down triangle) has been added to highlight potential upper-side liquidity sweep / rejection behavior using BSL (Buy-Side Liquidity) together with a bearish reversal candle pattern.
General logic:
• A bearish candle forms after a bullish candle, and the bearish candle meets minimum strength requirements (body/range conditions).
• Price “touches / interacts with” recent BSL levels (prioritizing the latest 3 BSL levels) in one of two ways:
o The BSL level is inside the upper wick of the current candle, or
o The BSL level is inside the upper half of the previous candle’s body.
• Noise filtering is applied: the tested BSL level should not pass through candle bodies of nearby bars (to avoid levels that have been heavily “overlapped” and become less meaningful).
When all conditions are met, the indicator prints an orange down triangle at candle close to mark the Sell signal.

2) Description for “Added 2-Swing Filter Mode”
A new optional mode called “Filter 2 swing” was added to provide an additional confirmation layer based on swing structure and liquidity levels.
• When Filter 2 swing is ON:
o The script displays both:
 Main V2 signals: Buy V2 (green up triangle) and Sell V2 (orange down triangle)
 Plus the Liquidity Sweep (2 line / 2 swing) signals:
 Sweep Up based on SSL multi-touch
 Sweep Down based on BSL multi-touch
o The “2 swing / 2 line” logic requires a minimum number of touches (Min touches) and checks that the level does not cut through candle bodies in-between, helping reduce noisy triggers.
• When Filter 2 swing is OFF:
o Only the main V2 Buy/Sell signals are shown, keeping the chart cleaner and easier to read.
This toggle can be used as:
• Clean mode: view only V2 Buy/Sell signals.
• Confirmation mode: also view 2-swing sweep signals for additional liquidity context.
