Plots 5× SMAs from 3 different timeframes - plus current chart timeframe
Plots 2× VWAPs with bands.

Tweaked some defaults:

Changed 5min to 1D timeframe and show 20,50,100 SMAs.
VWAPs enabled by default.
Tweaked colors a bit
Added 500Chart == 1005min
Added 800@15min == 200@1H

Add option to wait/not wait for timeframe to close to plot SMAs. Most needed for those dailies lines.

Tweaked timeframes, periods and line styles to my personal liking of what I'm currently focusing on.
VWAP plot line tries to not join After-hours end to Pre-market start to help see first pre-market candle clearly.
