Momentum Pulse [@Mishu]

311
Momentum Pulse measures the difference between a fast and a slow moving average (default 3 / 8) and shows it as an oscillator around zero.

How it works
- Pulse = fast MA - slow MA. Optionally divided by the ATR, so values are comparable across symbols and timeframes (1.0 = one ATR).
- A dead zone around zero (default +/- 0.05) ignores small crossings that usually lead to whipsaws.
- Optional higher-timeframe filter: crosses are only marked when the pulse on the filter timeframe points the same way. The filter uses the last closed higher-timeframe bar, so it does not repaint.
- Histogram (pulse - signal line) with four shades for rising / falling momentum.
- Cross markers appear only after the bar has closed.

Alerts
Bullish cross, bearish cross, any cross - once per bar close.

Limitations
Short lengths react quickly but produce many crossings. The dead zone and the filter reduce them, they do not eliminate them.
